About Giving Back
At Specialized we’re very aware and thankful for how fortunate we are. Giving
back is something we don’t just do to do rather it comes from the heart.
A great new twist on the holidays for us is taking the money we’d otherwise spend
on a Christmas party and shopping to make Christmas a special day for a local
family.
Each time an employee meets an established goal their name is placed in a hat.
At the end of each quarter one name is drawn and Specialized donates 5% of our
profit to the charitable cause of their choice.

About Having Fun
No denying we work hard. Celebrating our success and having fun go hand-in-hand with keeping our positive
energy level high! From planned activities like "Soup Friday" a group effort in
weekly culinary (and sometimes experimental) fun, to impromptu roof-top happy
hours and trips to Steeler victory parades we also pride ourselves in playing
as hard as we work. |
