Assessment Tools

We offer a variety of skill assessment tools that accurately measure a candidate’s level of proficiency in various skills including software, computer operation, accounting, finance, customer service and other specialized areas. Behavioral assessments are also offered which help identify key characteristics necessary for success in your unique environment. All assessments are available online and easy to administer.

Drug Screening

Drug screening is available on-site, off-site or at our office for pre-employment, post-incident or random drug screen policies.

Criminal Background Check

Criminal background verifications are available and may include local, state, federal and international history.

Upon completion of your interview process and after your have selected probable candidates, Specialized will assist you in the final selection process with Employment Reference Checks, Pre-Employment Drug Screening, and a Pre-Employment Criminal Background check to ensure you’re making the right choice.

Reference Checks

We will request and contact three (3) previous employment references per candidate to check prior employment. We will collect as much detail as possible from each reference and combine the three into one report.
